15 DAY'S Replacement

TRUBIZ RETAIL PVT.LTD owner of the www.mijhola.com, henceforth referred to as "Mijhola", 15 Day's Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Purchaser, whois not satisfied with the product(s) purchased from the Mijhola. If at the time of delivery and/or within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the Purchaser/ Customer of the product/s may ask for replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the terms and conditions mentioned here below:

  • 1.Notify the Mijhola of any defects in the product/s at the time of delivery of the product/s and/or within 15 days from the date of delivery and return the same product/s within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • 2.Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to extent of defect to the product.
  • 3.The Defective product includes and limited to manufacturing defect, quality issues, delivered product is different in specification than the product ordered in terms of color, size, pattern, quality and other specification under product description on the Mijhola.
  • 4.The Customer shall not use the Product/s before returning unless for the purpose of checking fitting and size. Any product damaged due to handling of the Customer shall not be accepted by the Mijhola and not covered under 15 days Return Policy of the Mijhola
  • 5.The Customer shall return the product in the same condition received at the time of delivery along with its all original packaging, accessories, fittings, all items originally included while delivering the product.Please be sure to provide us the tracking number of the returned package.
  • 6.For cancellation of order booked, the Customer may cancel the orderby intimating telephonically or write to Customer Care within 24 hours of booking the order with order details. Mijhola shall take necessary steps to cancel the order until the order has not been shipped for delivery. On cancellation of the order Mijhola shall refund the cancelled order amount. In case if the order has been already dispatched for delivery to Customer destination prior to receiving the cancellation advice from the Customer, in such case the order may not be cancelled and the Customer may have to accept the order and not refund shall be given against such cancellation of order by the Customer. However if the Customer opts to cancel the order after dispatch, Mijhola shall cancel the order against the cancellation charge of Rs. 150 payable by the Customer. For prepaid orders the cancellation charge shall be deducted while refunding the amount to Customer’s bank account and in case of COD payment the Customer shall pay these charges in cash to the courier company.In cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 150 would be charged on the refund amount.
  • 7.In case is Customer opts to exchange the Products of entire order or part order after delivery to respective destination, Mijhola may exchange the product against the handling charge of Rs. 250 payable by the Customer at the time of collecting the returned order / part order subject to Customer fulfilling conditions of this policy.


Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if

  • 1.Damage caused due to any fault of the Customer or misuse of product by the Customer;
  • 2.Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • 3.Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
  • 4.All products including but not limited to Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way


On clothing and footwear, qualified sellers accept 15 DAY'S exchange subject to the following conditions

  • 1.Original tag of the product/s and original packaging of the product/s should be intact.
  • 2.Any items or Product/s that comes in branded packaging, the box of the same should be undamaged.
  • 3.Innerwear is not covered under this policy.
  • 4.Originally Damaged or defective clothing and footwear products are covered by the 15 Day Replacement Guarantee subjective terms and conditions mentioned above.


Legal implication of false claim/s

The Mijhola and its owners reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user/Purchaser who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.

In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, the Mijhola may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Name [and its related Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection/claim through this “15 days Return” policy.

Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defrauds or deceives, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
