Ordering

1. How can I place an order?

Placing order at Mijhola issimple. Select the items you want to shop and send it to Shopping Bag. If you are a registered member on Mijhola then complete your shipping / delivery address and payment information and you are done. If you are not a registered member you need to register yourself on Mijhola and proceed with the checkout process as described above. If you do not wish to register on Mijhola, you may checkout as Guest by furnishing required information and completing checkout process as guided.

If you need any assistance give us a call, between 10.00am- 6.00pm, you may send us mail on customercare@mijhola.com. We shall revert on your mail ASAP.

2. How will my order be delivered?
Your order would be deliveredthroughcourier authorized by Mijhola within 7 working days after receiving the confirmed order.
3. How do I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is placed,you will receive a confirmation email and text message from Mijhola.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at Mi Account.
4. Do you take orders over phone?
Presently, this facility has not been activated, but we shall begin shortly. We apologise for the inconvenience, if any.
5. What happens to the money deducted from the credit / debit card, if there is a problem while in payment mode or the order is not successfully placed?
Please check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has been debited the amount. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 working days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us with transaction details. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 7 working days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you and procedural time required. The expected timelines are as below:
6. What happens to Mijhola Credits deducted from my Account?
In case your order is not successful and Mijhola Credits has been deducted from your account, within 7 working days we would initiate rollback of Mijhola credits deducted on your unsuccessful transaction.
7. How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms. Once your order is placed you would receive ansms and an email with your order details. On despatch of your order, we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end. If you do not receive above mailers or intimation please write to us on customercare@mijhola.com or you may call us at customer care / helpline no. provided on the website.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order with your order details.Till your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.If your order has been already dispatched in such case you may have to accept the ordered items. You may still cancel the order with a charge of Rs. 150 per order. For prepaid orders the amount may be deducted while refunding the amount to your bank account. In case of COD payment you may have to pay cash to the courier company.In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 150 would be charged on the refund amount.
9. What is the reason I got a confirmation call for my order?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify your delivery details with your order, so as to avoid delay in delivery and spoofs.
10. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@mijhola.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you. You may contact on +91 22 2173 1181 for inquiry.
11. If I am placing an order for gifting to someone, will the person receive the price tags and invoice?
In view of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if receiver faces any problem with it.
12. Can I try the product I purchased?
You may try the items you bought, however please ensure that the product is maintained in a re-saleable condition after the trial, with original tags and the original packing. Do not wear the item other than size fitting / trial purpose, do not wash or damage the product unless you are sure of accepting the delivery. In case if you wish to return the product due to size fitting issue please return the product within 15 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels in intact condition. Please note that not all categories are returnable. For more information please check our Return / Exchange policies.
13. Can I exchange the product?
We offer exchange for our customers within 15 days of receiving the delivery of order. If the exchange is due to any reason other than manufacturing defect or damage or reasons as listed in Return / Exchange policy, in such case the exchange will be with a handling charge of Rs. 250 per returned product chargeable at the time of collecting returned product.For more details please read our Return / Exchange policy for further details.

Payments

14.What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.We also accept payments via "Cash On Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it and is limited to certain product categories and prices. Please refer to the product catalogue for individual product details..
15.Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. It is totally secure method of payment.
16.What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. Your order will be confirmed before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call you will receive an email.Please contact us for receiving the product.
17.Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?
There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 100 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases.
18.Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is only available on purchases of minimum Rs. 1000 and maximum up to a limit of Rs. 5,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking, Debitcard,Creditcard or Cashcard..
19.How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit/Cash Card. In case you don't have a Net Banking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.
20.Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Mijhola. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Coupons

21.How do I receive my promotional or discount coupon fromMijhola?
There will be various promotion or discount coupons announced on Mijhola. The coupons will be issued in digital form either on Mijhola website or through email or through any suitable medium to issue coupons to the customers.
22.What is the minimum order value for application of introductory coupons?
The value of the coupon will be in line with promotional activity conducted from time to time.The value of the coupon may vary from promotion to promotion.
23.What products can I purchase with the introductory coupons?
You can use these coupons across full priced products on Mijhola.com. Coupon is not valid on discounted products however there could be some exceptions in which you may use discount coupons on discounted products as well.
24.How do I use a Mijhola coupon code I have received?
Select the products you want to shop and add to your Shopping Bag. During checkout and before proceeding for payment, you need to enter coupon no. in appropriate field. On entering the coupon no. the system will issue discount on the purchase value. You may check the final payable amount before proceeding for payment.
25.Can I club two coupons in one purchase?
Two coupons cannot be applied at the same time. Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
26.Why doesn't my coupon work?
Please check if your order value and the coupon amount applicable with that amount.Please check validity of the coupon, it may not work if the coupon is expired. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received from us.Please check if the products in your cart fall under the categories mentioned in coupon. Still if there is any problem please contact us on customercare@mijhola.com or call us on customer care no. +91 22 2173 1181. We shall provide necessary assistance to enable you to redeem valid coupon.
27.I have used my coupon in an order which was unsuccessful. What happens to my coupon?
If you chose COD as a payment mode you can still reuse your coupon and place a new order. If you chose Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card as your payment mode you would receive your new coupon over your registered email and phone number within 3working days. If you don’t receive the coupon code within the stipulated time do write to us or give us a call
28.I have returned my order. What happens to my coupon used in the order?
If you choose to return your order we would refund you the paid price. However, we won't be able to refund you the coupon value. The coupon stands cancelled.
29.I can't find the coupon email I received from Mijhola. What do I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. At times, emails are sent to the spam folder. If you can't find it in the spam folder as well, please email us at customercare@mijhola.com and we will have the coupon mail resent.
30.Any coupon issued to me by Mijhola is that coupon amount refundable?
Introductory coupon amount can neither be refunded nor encased under any circumstances

Shipping

31.What is Mijhola’s Shipping Philosophy?
Mijhola.com promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!!
32.How long will my order take to arrive?
As per our shipping policy the order is expected to be delivered within 7 working days from receipt of confirmed order from you. Some locations may take around 10 working days, in such case we shall intimate you on expected delivery date. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to circumstance beyond our control such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
33.Are there any shipping charges?

For pre-paid purchases (through electronic payment) Free shipping on purchase of Rs. 750 and above Rs.50 shipping charges applicable on purchase below Rs.749
34.Why is the delivery time different for different products?
We have partnered with many suppliers and logistic partners to provide you with quality products and services. Our suppliers are located in various part of India. Hence delivery time may vary due to the location of our distribution / logistics partners .
35.Will I receive my order in a single package?
As explained above our suppliers are located in various parts of India and no. of items ordered by you may be supplied by different suppliers from different locations. In such case you may not receive your order in one package. Every supplier will deliver separately.
36.Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on working days. Working days are all days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.
37.Why did I receive a partial Order?
This is possible if your order contains items sources from different suppliers. We endeavour to deliver all your items in 10 working days. In case of any delay beyond our control, we shall contact you and intimate you accordingly.
38.I am going out of station. Can you expedite my delivery?
We can deliver if practically possible to deliver in short time. Please get in touch with our customer care to know if the order can be expedite. In case of any additional charges for express delivery of courier may be charged to you or else we can deliver on your return.

Tracking

39.How do I track my Order ?
Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
40.I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do call our customer care with order number and we will be pleased to extend all possible assistance.

Returns & Refunds

41.What is Mijhola.com's Returns policy ?
Mijhola has 15 Day Returns Policy

We strive to extend our best service but if the product received by you is damaged or with manufacturing defect, quality issue, delivered product is different than the ordered in terms of color, size, pattern, quality, and other specifications under the product description, you may return such defective product within 15 days from the date of delivery. On receipt of your returned product we shall exchange with the same product or you may choose to buy products of same value (purchase price). If the value of the product bought by you in exchange of the returned product is higher then in such case you may have to pay the excess amount payable and in case if the value of exchanged product is less than the value of returned product in such case this amount shall remain in your credit (credit balance) and you may adjust your future purchase amount against your credit balance with us. Please note that no interest will be payable on the credit balance with us for whatsoever period.

All you need to do is give us a call on customer care no or write an email at customercare@mijhola.com within a period of 15 days from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed, unused and undamaged condition.

*Please note that "Mijhola15 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Jewellery.
*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Mijhola team.
*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
*Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Mijhola’s 15 Day Returns Policy."
*Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges

42.I want to return a part of my order ?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns. For any part return of the product a return charge of Rs. 150 will be levied on the return item toward courier charges. In case if you opt to return product with your courier,Rs. 150 product return charges will not be levied. In such case it would be your responsibility to deliver the returned product in intact condition and Mijhola will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit.
43.How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 working days to initiate exchange / refund subject to product inspection.In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received by us, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 3 days.The refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
44.How will I receive my Refund?
We encourage exchange in lieu of returned products however refund are issued if products for exchange are not available or customer opts for the refund. a)If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Mijhola Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Mijhola Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. b) If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Mijhola Credits or Bank Transfer. Mijhola Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. c) If Mijhola Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Mijhola Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. d) no interest on Mijhola Credits will be paid irrespective of holding time of the same.
45.How long will the refund process take ?
Typically the refunds are initiated within 3 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send ansms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.
46.How do I return a product ?
You can return a product in following simple steps. 1) Place your item in its original packaging along with tag. 2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the packaging, and insert the original invoice (a must). 3) Keep the product and the package ready in case if you opt for pick up by Mijhola courier. Rs. 150 shall be chargeable for product returned for any other reason other than damage or manufacturing defect. 4) If you opt to return the product on your own, make sure you seal it properly. (5) If you choose to return the product on your own, Mijhola will not be responsible for any loss or damage to product while in transit. Please scan copy of courier slip immediately on booking the courier.
47.Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?
Yes we provide pickup from your doorstep from most cities. Pick up charges would be Rs. 150 per order returned.
48.Where do I return my product?
You may return product at Trubiz Retail Pvt. Ltd. Office address at 203, Swati Sagar Coop Premises Ltd., Behind Santosh Restaurant, Majiwada, Thane (W) – 400 601.Please check with our customer care for any other assistance.

50.What are Mijhola credits?
Mijhola Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Mijhola Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase onMijhola.
51.How can I access my Mijhola credits?
You simply need to login to access your Mijhola credits in your Mi Account.
52.Can I use my Mijhola Credits multiple times?
Yes, you can use your Mijhola Credits multiple times in any denominations till they are exhausted.
53.What is the validity period of Mijhola Credits?
From the date of issuance ,Mijhola Credits are valid for a period of 1 year
54.Can I use my Mijhola Credits partially while paying for an order?
Yes, you have the option to partially pay for your order. For example: An order value worth Rs.1000, you can choose Mijhola Credit worth Rs.500 and you can pay the remaining amount worth Rs.500 through any other available mode.
55.What products can I purchase with the Mijhola Credits?
You can use Mijhola credits to purchase any product across all categories. Moreover it is also applicable on discounted products.
56.Can I use Promotional/ Discount voucher along with my Mijhola credits?
Yes, Mijhola Credits gives you the flexibility to combine either a Promotional or a Discount voucher.
57.I have used Mijhola Credit as a payment mode for a product. Can I now choose to receive refund for this product through any other mode?
Unfortunately no, if full or partial Mijhola Credit was used for an order purchase, the only mode of refund is Mijhola Credits.
58.Can I purchase Mijhola Credits?
Unfortunately no, Mijhola Credits cannot be purchased. Mijhola Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Mijhola Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase.
59.Can I transfer my Mijhola Credits to another account?
To keep your credits secure Mijhola Credits are not transferred or interlinked with any other account. The credit available can only be used with the original account on which it was issued.
60.How will I come to know that I have received my Mijhola Credits?
Communication via email &sms will be sent whenever a credit (refund) or debit of Mijhola Credit (usage of existing Mijhola Credit in a new Order) in your account is transacted.
61.I was informed that I have been refunded through Mijhola Credits but I cannot see it in my Account.
If at all this happens, don’t worry. We will take care of it. All you need to do is simply give us a call or email us at customercare@mijhola.com. It would be our pleasure to extend necessary assistance.
62.Can I convert my Mijhola Credits into Cash ?
Once credited into your account, Mijhola Credits are not redeemable into cash.

Registration

1.Do I need to register to shop?
It is not necessary to register with us to shop. However, Registration with us help speed up the ordering process for you and allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email. You will only be able to avail the benefits of Mijhola Credits by logging in using your registered email ID.
2. By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
Registering with us does automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. However if you don't wish to receive our newsletter just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
3. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please click on Furgot Your Password? Link and provide your email ID as per registeration on Mijhola. You will receive a system generated mail with your new password. You may change your password once you successfully login in to your account.
4. Do I need to type my address everytime I order?
Address once used will be saved in your account details. You can choose the saved addresses for billing and shipping address..You can also add more addresses for shipping address of your order.You can select any of the saved addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

5. I see similar items with different prices. Why so?
It is possible to have similar items with different prices. Price of an item depends on numerous factors.
